Oversee the successful implementation and data migration of payroll systems for Deel’s clients, leading and managing the full payroll implementation process. Ensure clients’ data is accurately transferred, systems are properly configured, and the transition is seamless. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, guiding clients through setup and migration, while offering support and training.

Support the management, implementation, and execution of the Engineering Capital and OPEX budget. You’ll work closely with Coca-Cola engineers, Plant leaders, and the Capital Finance team, to support the development of project capital submission plans, budgets, and cash flow tracking that meet our transformation goals. The qualified candidate will be solutions-oriented and have a proven track record of successfully supporting projects and managing cash flow.

As the Quality and Compliance Lead, you will play a critical role in supporting our Operations team in ensuring all Plan requirements and quality metrics are met through auditing, documentation upkeep, and timely submission of regulatory reporting. You will own completing and communicating internal audit results, executing on multiple compliance projects, and proactively suggesting improvements to our operational processes.
